Card and Carton Cutters
We have six 'Impact Workstations' with design facilities specific to the industry. We can produce any carton our clients may design. We have a full ECMA carton library along with a bespoke range of carton designs originated in-house. We also encourage our clients to work closely with our team of designers so we can tailor any carton to meet their requirements. As standard procedure, White Rose will provide sample cartons for client's approval.
To achieve the highest quality of finish, we use the latest rubber nesting technology to CAD cut out rubber for the cutting formes. We use four different forms of stripping and blanking dies to suit our client's needs. The process is fully automated, dramatically cutting down on production time.
